Tournament Sign-up
Sign-up is now open!
It's as easy as...
1.
Click on the "Team Sign-up" button on the right and register for your team. The cost is $30 and only needs to be paid once per team. You will need to pay through PayPal, so if you don't have an account, take a minute to create one.
2.
Pick a team captain (preferably the one who paid to sign-up on PayPal) and have them email uwlprepaclub@uwlax.edu with these things:
*Your team name
*Your team captain & their phone number
*The names of all team members
*Indicate whether or not you have paid for registration
*Indicate if anyone on your team is a CANCER SURVIVOR

Tell all of your friends about Catch-a-Cure and get ready to have some fun!

You must be 18 years or older to sign up for Catch-a-Cure. Please note that the UW-La Crosse Pre-PA Club and UW-La Crosse are not liable for any injuries that may occur during this dodgeball tournament. By signing up to play, all team members agree to hold the aforementioned organizations entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. Please also know and understand the risks involved and that you are participating voluntarily.
